Piston Honda MegaPro/Tiger untuk Suzuki Satria FU - Untuk menambah kapasitas mesin dan menaikkan rasio kompresi mesin, maka pembesaran piston pun dilakukan untuk Suzuki Satria FU. Piston standar diganti dengan milik MegaPro/Tiger dengan diameter 63.5 mm. Pemasangan harus membuat liner bawaan diganti dengan liner biasa dengan cara dibubut.

Pada area piston, pantat diperkecil mengikuti bentuk piston standar. Pin standar Satria FU 16 mm, sedangkan MegaPro/Tiger 15 mm, jadi perlu dibubut agar masuk pen Satria FU. Coakan klep dibuat 4 biji mengikuti klep yang digunakan. Dome piston MegaPro perlu diubah pada bagian tengah saja sebanyak 2 - 2.5 mm tergantung rasio kompresi yang diinginkan. Rasio kompresi meningkat, gunakan bahan bakar yang lebih baik kualitasnya seperti Pertamax.

Apabila menggunakan piston Tiger, hasil nya seperti gambar di atas. Piston Tiger memiliki tipe flat, sehingga rasio kompresi tetap standar. Cara ini dapat digunakan untuk yang tetap ingin menggunakan bahan bakar premium.
